If you are just starting to build your electric HERMS system, I have your kettles

All Ss Brewtech Kettles include the following:

· 304 stainless steel construction

· Insulated handles on kettle and lid

· Triclad bottom

· Dip tube with trub dam

· Etched volume markings on the interior

Boil Kettle:

20 gallon Ss Brewtech Stainless Steel Kettle with Lid

· Installed 240v 30A 5500W heating element with enclosure and cord

· Ball Valves (2) for draining and whirlpooling with Blichmann whirlpool tube assembly

· Drilled for temperature probe (probe included)

· Thermometer

Mash Tun:

20 gallon Ss Brewtech Stainless Steel Kettle with Lid

· Ball valves (2) for draining and recirculation

· NorCal Solutions custom false bottom with handle

· Recirculation elbow with attached hose/can be interchanged with included Ss Brewtech recirculation ring

Hot Liquor Tank/Heat Exchanger:

20 gallon Ss Brewtech Stainless Steel Kettle with Lid

· Installed 240v 30A 5500W heating element with enclosure and cord

· Ball valves (4) for draining, recirculation and heat exchange

· Thermometer

· 50’ x ½” custom stainless steel HERMS coil

This package includes kettles and kettle hardware ONLY. It must be sold all together. I will not sell individual parts.

· 2x Hot Pod Electrical Cord Enclosure Kits – Each Kit Has:

o Hot Pod Enclosure

o Tri Clover Clamp w Gasket

o Weldless Tri Clover Bulkhead (requires 1 5/8” hole)

· Greenlea Hole Punch 1 5/8” (to expand existing 1 ¼” holes)

Just a reminder. These are not new kettles. They have been gently used for about 10 batches and are in great shape.

Just added to the package:
Hot Pod electrical element enclosure kit with Enclosure, TC Clamp, TC Gasket, Weldless bulkhead with 1.5" TC flange and hardware; Greenlea 1 5/8 inch punch to make hole for bulkhead; 52 mm socket tool for installing bulkhead.

I bought these items to upgrade the electrical element connections on the HLT and BK so that they could be detached from the kettles and cleaned separately. I never got around to it.

These are all brand new... never used. Retail value = $250; the punch alone is worth $105.


So... all this and the kettles for $850. Just do it!
