Hello friends, with winter coming, is like to move my brewing indoors. I'm looking for advice to intake a heater in my brew kettle. I'm being told a few different things and can't sort it all out. I have a 8 gallon kettle and an thinking of one of the stainless ulwd heaters. I just want to plug it in to the 240 plug and control it with some sort of dial to bring down the heat when needed. Does anyone have a parts list and a wiring diagram? All the resources u have read are for full brewing systems not just the kettle.
