Kettle Disscussion

So went to the Local Brew Shop and they said that you can automatically tell that the brewer used a aluminum kettle... But I trust you guys more than them so I went ahead and bought a kettle 60 qt kettle at a restaurant supply for 89 bucks with lid so I'm pretty happy and almost ready for ALL GRAIN!

He's definatly full of it.

Only way to tell for sure is if he watched you boil with it.

Maybe checking the brewers wallet would give an indication?
