I just ordered 2 corneilus kegs off ebay. I'm looking at a site that sells equipment for homebrew kegging (homebrewsupplies). I was just wondering what all I need. Right now my shopping cart includes:

Refrigerator Conversion Kit $37.95
Cornelius Dual Gauge Regulator $59.95
Ball Lock Gas Fitting Barbed $5.50
Ball Lock Liquid Fitting Barbed $5.50
O-Ring Set $3.95

I have a 30lb CO2 tank already. I was wondering what size of hoses to get for the barbed tips. The site sells 1/4" ID and 3/16" ID. What works best? And is there anything I'm forgetting about?

Smaller ID for the fluid lines means less trouble with foaming. What is in the conversion kit, Taps, temp. regulator?

Product Description:
Refrigerator Conversion Kit. Includes: 4 1/8" shank that goes through the refrigerator door, Tap Handle, & Chrome faucet.

So you're recomending the 3/16" ID line? Also I'm getting the barbed ball lock gas and liquid fittings. Is it necessary to put a hose clamp on the connection or will the barb be tight enough? I'm totally new to brewing and kegging, I'm just trying to do it right the first time instead of ruining a couple batches.

Yes, put the 3/16" line from your keg to your faucet. If possible, make this line 4-6' long for it will help with the foaming. Use the 1/4" line for your CO2 tank to your keg. You will want to make the system as tight as possible so that you do not leak CO2. I install a clamp on every fitting and have found that my system is free from leaks.
