Keggle problem... I must be missing something

I drilled the hole for the bulkhead/ball valve as low as it could go on the keg and installed it there. There is still 1.5 gallonish dead space there below the ball valve.

How do I get this liquid out of my keggle?

You just need a dip tube to either pump it out our siphon it empty.

Its called a pick-up tube runs from the inside fitting to center if you want and 90 angle down with a short piece to the bottom.
