Hi everyone.
This is my first post. I'm only been brewing for a year or so. I really enjoy the info I get from this site.
My question is... I will keg my beer for the first time in a few days. I've bottled everyone of them til now. This one is an amber ale. I've also never cold crashed. Should I put my carboy in my keezer set at mid 30s for a day or two then rack to the keg? Will that help clarify my beer? I thought it may help remove some of the trub before going into my keg. Thanks for your help.
