Just made a batch of Berliner Weisse last night. It's started off great thus far. But what to do with the finished beer?

I don't have enough Belgian bottles and no corker, so thats probably out.

I want to keg the beer, but want to do it naturally and don't know how much sugar to add. I've read everywhere that you want to add 1/3 cup of sugar to a keg to naturally carb a "normal" beer to 2.5 to 3 volumes. I want to get 3.5 to 4 volumes for the Berliner Weisse.

How much sugar should I add to the keg to naturally carb this bad boy? Thanks.

I did my first Berliner and keg conditioned, I used 160 grams corn sugar. If I were to guess I would say this was around 3 volumes Co2. I would say try around 180 grams to put you were you want. After it was done conditioning, I just forced carbed to get the volumes up a bit more.

180 grams would be about .78 cups of corn sugar I believe. Does that sound about right? Is there anywhere on the forums that has a diagram for natural carbonation?

Jamil Zanishef (butchered spelling) has a great carbing tool for bottles, but not for kegs when naturally carbing......
