My first batch of Apfelwein just hit 2 months in the carboy and I cant take it anymore, I have to try it. I have two 1L grolsh style bottles that I want to stash away for another 10 months or so, but I'm unsure how to bottle condition them so they're carbed up without doing the entire 5 gal. The rest is going to go in the keg to get forced carbed. If this has already been discused I appoligize, I did a search but all the Apfelwein threads are so long it was impossible to find the info i needed.
