Got an extract kit Weizen (10 days primary, 2 weeks secondary) in a corny in the fridge with about 12 psi of CO2 on it @ 37/39*...

According to a draft line balancing sheet I found, it says I should be closer to 18 - 19 psi...

Any suggestions on this?

Sorry, I wasn't clear on my intent here... What I meant was what would be the desired volume of CO2 for a weizen and what should my CO2 pressure be at that temperature for carbing it? Just put it in the keg two nights ago...
