I kegged my first beer last night, a Wheat beer that is supposed to be a bit like Blue Moon. Starting gravity was 1.050 corrected and final was 1.009 corrected. When I tasted the sample last night it was very week tasting and had a slight odd aftertaste. It was racked into a secondary two weeks ago after two weeks in the primary. Fermentation was not aggressive but steady throughout the first week to ten days. Do you think it will get better in the Cornelius keg over the next week or two?

The body improves tremendously once a beer is carbonated, while I don't know HOW weak it tasted, I would guess it's going to taste a lot better.

Give it time, Carbonation will give it some body and carbonic acid will change the profile some.

I've found that 6 weeks after brewing (4 wks in primary, 2 wks on gas) seems to be when my beers start hitting their stride. I agree that a couple weeks of carbonation will improve the body and taste. And maybe it's just me, but I think Wheats especially will have that "green" taste until the 6 week mark.
