I brewed my first batch of American Brown Ale 2.5 weeks ago. The beer was fermented at 66 degrees. I tested three successive days and the FG was 1.020. The recipe said it should be 1.012. What kinds of problems will I run into with this FG?
BTW, I just kegged tonight and plan to keep in fermentation chamber at 66 degrees for another two weeks.
