So I needed the slurry of an Apfelwein to make some Skeeter Pee. I had an Apfelwein that had been in primary for a month. I know it need more time to age so I transferred it to a keg, purged it, put 30 psi to it and set it aside to age a few more months. I did not add any sugar for carbing or anything.

Any problems with this?

Hell, every batch of Apfelwein I've made sits in the the primary for a month. Then I transfer it to the keg, hit it with 15 PSI or so for a couple of days. Then I start serving it...

Too impatient to try aging it...
