Kegerator not locking in; air flowing around keg

Hello - my keg is having issues sealing; it’s not locking into the kegerator and the air flow isn’t making it to the keg, instead flowing around it. Any ideas?

I have had issues in the past with the ball lock disconnect not fully seating, have you confirmed they are fully locked in?….i guess that’s assuming the type of keg you’re dealing with.

what kind of keg, commercial or homebrew?
