What style of beer are you trying to dispense? Did you just move the keg all around or has it settled? ... With out knowing any of these my guess is with that temp and that length of line you have to much . 32 degrees with an ale would need about 8 psi. Which would require approx 2-3 ft of 3/16 line or 7-8 ft of 1/4 line. Now that does not take into any height or faucet/shank resistance numbers. All you need to do is balance your system. Psi going into keg needs to equal resistance coming out.

1/4 vinyl resistance is .85 psi per foot and 1/4 polyethylene is .5 psi per ft. Shank and faucet add about 2 psi. Height is +.5 psi per ft that faucet is above keg. -.5 psi per foot below keg.

Ok I see now coors keg. That should work with numbers I gave you for the ale even tho it is not one. The carb level is about the same. Just make sure you keep the temp set at one temp. Every change in temp changes the required psi. Best of luck. I will check back to see if you figured out. There is other possibilities but I think it is a simple line balancing issue.

Turn it way down and bleed the gas off the coupler if you can. Serve it at a trickle!!!! Until it behaves, then bring up the pressure to serve faster.

So with my 6 foot vinyl line would need about 7 psi if my tower is about 1 1/2 foot above tower?

Yes, once it settles down! Bleed it, start to trickle crazy low and as it behaves use only the pressure to get it out until its perfect.

What psi should I start at to serve at a trickle

That seems definitely about right. Just make sure the beer is at 32 degrees... Not the air but the beer itself. And like he said bleed it off and start low. 7 psi at 32 degrees should get you properly carbed beer and it will also be in balance with your line. Now if your beer is over carbed it may take a day or so to settle down and not dispense all foam.

Set at 3psi to start the process ill let you know how it goes

Every system is a little different. My chest freezer starts to ice up if I set the controller anything lower than 36F. I tested the controller and the probe is accurate. I normally get about 1" foam on a 12oz pour. It's definitely due to the tower temp difference. Sometimes a longer line.

Yeah at 30 I had freezing so raised until no freezing I think my psi was too high as of now but guess just got to wait and see

The beer could be over carbonated... Possibly depressurize the keg completely leave all unhooked for a day then bring back to 7 psi and try it. Couple questions...

Do the lines remain cold ( the same temp as fridge) for the whole run? Keg to tap?

All the lines and taps are new? Should rule out dirty lines.

You are opening the tap all the way right?

I doubt Coors will be over carbonated even if you turned the pressure up to 12 PSI at a low temp for a few days.

Do you get bubbles in the line or is it happening at the tap only? You might need to go down to 3/16" line.

Was your beer coming out slowly or fast when you tried it at 3PSI?

Lines remain cold all the way. I do have bubbles and empty lines in some places. Beer came out extremely slow at 3 psi. Beer is almost flat tasting too.

Still all foam need help beer starting to taste worse now too? Anyone in the dfw area that thinks they can fix this issue it's just aggravating now and I've tried everything...
