Kegerator foaming, why??

I have a 3 tap kegerator. One of my beers, standard IPA I have brewed before, foams when I pull a beer. Runs fine for a second, then seems to foam foam up like mad. The keg is holding pressure fine.
Any ideas on what the hell is going on??

Check your liquid dip tube O-ring.
