So finally got my kegerator finished.. figured id post some of the progress pics I took..
currently have some Perth brewery 121 Lager in a 50L keg
Enjoy it!.. maybe be a bit too much lol... ice cold beer on tap is hard to beat!
I let the keg sit for about 24 hours, had my tap right set to 10psi but upped it to about 11 thinking of trying 12 to see how it comes out...
1st pour for the 1/4 is a little bit of foam but a wet glass would prob help...
so far extremely happy.. I was a bit worried reading about all these foaming issues... this kit I got was well set up out of the box...
Taprite Dual Gauge Regulator
• Taprite Sanke "D" Coupler
• 6' of Bevlex 200 Beer Line
• 4' of Ultraflex Gas Tubing
• Perlick 630SS
• 4 1/8" Stainless Steel Beer Shank
• Stainless Steel Tail Piece Assembly
• Stainless Steel Hose Clamps
got a brand new #5 co2 tank as well.
here are the pics.. i know its not much esp just a plain jane keg fridge... but yea
some of these where posted in some of my other thread when i had qustions... sorry for the "copies"
I do have the line all wraped up above the keg like advised in other threads.
I also made my own beer line cleaner using some tubing and a pump bottle that i just connect to the perlick and flush the lines with with warm watter and a pinch of oxy clean. no pics of that yet though
I did buy a temp sensor to read what temps liquids get at in the fridge but cant seem to find it at the moment.. I have the fridge at the coldest setting and it seems to be just right... (ice cold beer) but not freezing
