I have a kegerator that was used solely for craft brews but now that I know how to disassemble a sanke keg to clean and use for homebrewing, I will be using that.
Last time I switched out kegs and cleaned all the tap equipment and put everything back together, I have come across an issue with my faucet. If I pull the tap all the way like normal, nothing but foam comes out and then quickly it stops coming out altogether. Playing around with it, I have been able to find a point where I can get good pours but I'm not always accurate with opening the faucet to the same point.
I haven't taken it apart again yet to try and fix it, but is there anything in particular I should be looking at for fixing this issue of having pretty much nothing come out if I pull the tap completely and having to do an intermediate pull to get the beer to come out? Thanks!
