Kegerator assembled, now what? Tips and tricks...
Alright I know I need to take off the wrap off of the front but it is assembled minus a full Co2 tank, 2 empty ball lock kegs, sanke coupler adapter, sanke coupler and a Taprite 2 pressure regulator (which I will be getting today).
What tips for a first time owner do you have in starting up;
1. Do I need to sanitize/clean the lines?
2. ???
3. ???
I have a Oktoberfest Lager in my fermentation chamber that is ready to be racked to the kegs when they come in to start carbonating. My other plan is to pick up a commercial slim 1/4 barrel tomorrow to tap and serve for the weekend.
What am I missing?
