Another very satisfied Keg Connection customer here.

After happily using my 4-way high-pressure Taprite regulator for two years, my keezer temperature probe failed, freezing the beer and forcing slush back up the lines into the regulator bodies (2 years ago they didn't have check valves). Cue sticky regulators, irregular pressure control, and a general mess.

Zack at Keg Connection offered to clean and refurbish it and add check valves, for the cost of postage and parts. However once I returned it he discovered that there was actually a more serious problem with it, and offered simply to replace it with an updated model with check valves at no cost!

Great customer service, and a loyal future customer.

So i am not one to normally post reviews but I was completely blown away with the company. I had no issues so cant comment of the customer service for an issues. I ordered a 4 keg set up for my Keezer build. The ordering was awesome. I was able to upgrade or drop almost anything. When i got the set up i fully intended to spend the day connecting lines and attaching fittings. When I opened the box they had already opened everything and connected it all with quality connections. All the lines were connected to the mannifold and to the keg connectors. The regulator was all connected. It was awesome. I planned on spending the day doing it and instead i got it all hooked up in about 30 min and brewed. Dont see many companies take the extra step! Loyal customer now!

Big thumbs up for this place. They are running a special where you buy a keg system and get the kegs 1/2 price. Everything shipped fast, was packaged well and looks good quality. If anyone is thinking about getting into kegging, you might check this out.

Just got my keg setup from kegconnection. Shipped fast, included a free beer line upgrade and o-ring set. Awesome experience with them.

Well, I just placed an order for a 3ga ball lock corney keg from them so we will see!

Ordered a two faucet tower setup when they were having the sale on kegs. Received everything within a week. Love how the setup came hooked up and ready to go. Install was a breeze. Kegs are in great shape too. I will be a repeat customer and recommend them.

Very happy with Keg Connection. Ordered a half price re-furbed pin lock during the sale along with a separate regulator, new keg lids with manual PRV and some various MFL fittings, etc. Everything was shipped promptly and I received it within 4 business days from the order date. I did have one issue. I wanted some extra keg o-rings and did not order any because the description said it came with an extra set. They did not include them in my order. I emailed them the next day and had spare o-rings and a cool key-ring bottle opener with in a couple days. Thanks guys! I'll be a return customer.

Great service for me. Ordered all the parts for a jockey box build for our club (minus the tailpiece nuts, which they were out of) and everything was correct and came in a very reasonable amount of time.

I put "Beer me!" in the comments, and they said "sure thing!" and included a nice sticker and coaster!

Their prices were competitive with other places and I got all the stuff in one shot. #thumbsup

Just wanted to give a shout out to Zack at Keg Connection. I ordered a 4 tap kit with 4 used ball lock kegs. Upon receiving the kit I noticed that the rubber bottom on one of the kegs was cracked and appeared to have been glued back on, causing the keg to sit with a pretty drastic lean. I reached out to Zack and sent him a picture of the keg in question. Without hesitation Zack shot me an email back saying they'd be sending me out a new keg...AND I could keep the other one :rockin:

Thanks for the awesome customer service, you've got a customer for life :tank:

I have to agree. I have purchased several kegs from KC. Each was as good or better than expected. The service was great and the prices are the best I have found so far.
I intend to send them as much of my business as I can and I hope they intend to expand their product line.

+1 here, good stuff. With their 1/2 priced kegs special when ordering a setup, made them a very good deal, and it was all assembled. Very happy with them.

I know this is more of an individual experience kind of thing, but I wanted to give a multi year later review.
I picked up a 4 keg kit from them back 6+ (10?) years ago, I really don't remember when. it looked great and functioned well at the time. I've kept the CO2 canister in the kitchen by the fridge, mostly unused and the gas kit and taps hanging on the wall in the parlor, unused for at least the last 4 years.
Fast forward to a month ago when I cleaned out one of my storage rooms (I'm renovating the house) and found three filled Cornelius legs, all full or partially full. I'd scribed Kegconnection on the bottom of them, so I know these came from there. Not only were the kegs still pressurized, but the gas kit and taps I got from them all worked like the day I opened the box. I would have expected the lines might have gotten a bit loose over time, or some line might have gotten weak from being hit by sunlight daily over the last few years but the entire kit was just in excellent shape.
It really makes me happy I bought from them, and I wanted to mention it.

I didn’t have a good experience with kegconnection. I ordered a corny keg for my homebrew and it was suppose to have new post and a new lid. They were definitely not new. The post were clogged with stuff and the lid looks like it had been used and needed scrubbing. I have left two reviews and they won’t post them. They screen their reviews and will not post bad reviews.

I don't know of any HBS that sells used kegs with new posts and lids unless they are damaged. I'm pretty sure their ad doesn't state "new" stuff on used equipment unless it's something new or a mis print.

I ordered some items from them when I started putting together my keezer. I ordered two "B" grade kegs knowing that they would arrive with only one handle. The problem I had was the handle that was attached was barely attached. When lifted (empty) the handle would lift up. I contacted KC and was told to use epoxy to secure the lid back to the keg. These kegs also arrived really dented up, which again was noted in their ad. For me a one handed keg makes it difficult to add and remove from the keezer as the bottom tends to "kick out" and when tight in space it becomes a PITA.

With that said, those two kegs are relegated to holding starsan and for parts.
I ordered two other kegs from AIH, more expensive by a few dollars but shipping was double the cost. These kegs arrived in great condition. Both handles were attached and these were not all dented etc.
As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

And I too left a review on their site and they would not post. My review wasn't entirely about the kegs and they had some good points but I guess they don't want any 2 or 3 star reviews on their site.

yeah i've bought 6 pinlock kegs and a bunch of perlick rebuild kits from them along with some yeast and malts..

fast shipping and cheap prices.

great place to get kegs , especially when they run specials with free post disconnects for their 3 or 4 pack of kegs.

I bought a 4-pack of used ball lock kegs from them on special a few months ago. They all arrived still holding pressure and they were pretty clean. I replaced all of the o-rings with the new ones they sent and I have been happy so far.

I haven't really tried one of the kegs yet, that arrived with one of the handles bent over some. It still holds pressure, so I think all is fine. It was cheaper than anything I could find locally on craigslist, so hard to beat.

Ordered a 3 keg system build your own system. Took a week and a half to ship out due to perlicks being on backorder (not their fault at all). Showed up in a box completely assembled with everything I ordered. Super easy to set up and worked flawlessly. Would definitely recommend for someone looking into kegging and not sure where to start.
A++
