Hey there, We are going to be kegging our next batch of beer. My simple question is, can we draw off from the keg into 6-12 bottles and cap them at a time so that we can bring bottles to friends? Or would the beer go flat or be ruined?

I have a blichmann beer gun. Well worth the price given how much beer I send out to people. I'd hate to not have the ability to transport my fresh IPAs

But, when Im just bringing a few to a brewery to try or something, I just turn the pressure down to 1-2psi and use a short piece of tubing to fill from teh bottom. Its basically a small growler at this point and will keep pretty well for a week or so
