Keg to Bottle

I looked around and did not find an answer to this but if I naturally carbonate and condition a beer in a corny keg can I put some in bottles after and how long will they keep if I do so. Same ? for using C02 to carb. Please let me know I wanted to give some as gifts and didnt make enough in time.

I bottle from the tap frequently. The longest I have let one live is about 3 months (IIRC) - And it was great.

You have to reduce the pressure in the keg to 3 or 4 PSI, and use a bottling wand or a hose to fill the bottle from the bottom. A plastic bottling wand can be jammed into the end of a picnic tap. Otherwise I jam some vinyl hose over the faucet on my tower...
It foams less if your bottles are cold, too.

And always cap on foam - I thump the bottle on the counter to make it foam up, and hit it with the capper when the foam gets to the top. The foam is CO2 bubbles that push all of the beer-skunking oxygen out of the bottle

Naturally carbed or sugar carbed doesn't matter as long as you have the CO2 on, and the kegs are cold.

The carbed beer in the keg needs to be cold before you can fill bottles.

I did this in August, so it's been about 4 months and the carbonation is still there. It has grown slightly flatter and doesn't hold the head as well as when I first bottled it, but this method works fairly well.

thanks so much. I am going to give out my beer with xmas baskets my wife made and the beer I planned on using didnt turn out 100% to my liking and I want everyone to have the best tasting beer. So im gonna let the other stuff set longer and use stuff I know is up to par.
