Since I have begun homebrewing about 8 months ago I have always kegged. I have all the equipment to bottle though because it came in my starter kit. If I am going out of town for the weekend and I have a keg of beer that is well carbonated could I fill up my empty bottles and use the capper on it? Would it hold the carbination if I planned on drinking it within a few days? Thanks for the help!!!
