Greetings,
I have an American-Style IPA that's been in a secondary for 7 days now. The recipe calls for the beer to be in a secondary for 12-14 days, but I'm going to be out of town on the 10th - 16th day. Should I wait until I get back to keg it or just keg it before I leave? Ideally, I'd like to keg it today and have a drink before I leave because I can't wait to give it a whirl.
