Keg Connection continues its great customer service

It appears that I have at least a partial lemon of a dual tap kegorator that I got from Kegconnection back on Black Friday. Even though it has been several months and several different issues, the great folks at Kegconnection continue to provide support for their products. I just spoke to Todd (owner) about an unusual regulator issue and he assured me that if the problem resurfaces, even a year from now, he would provide a free replacement part. Now that is what I call outstanding customer service.

I raise my (pint) glass to those folks.

Todd and the company are awesome. I had an issue with regulator creep on a triple regulator I had bought. Todd helped me figure it out, even calling me personally. And sent me the replacement part for free! The next week I used him and his company as an example of great customer service with my employees when my regional operations people were in town.
