So long story short. Force carbed my keg yesterday to 30psi...left overnight...came home almost 24 hours after carbing it...regulator still reading 30psi...so I took off the gas connection and bled out the co2...put it the connection back on and set it to 10psi...came back a few hours later, regulator still reading 10 psi, hook my tap up and you know where this is going...nothing. When I set it back to 10psi I did the bubble test and appeared to have no leaks...co2 was just filled the other day...I unhooked the co2, purged the regulator, and hit it back to 10psi...hook it up to the keg...doesn't seem like I'm getting anything...no idea what the hell is going on but now I've got this keg sitting here with no pressure in it so I'm really concerned I'm going to lose the carbonation that I got last night....can't figure out why the co2 would seem to be operating just fine, and the keg appear to be sealed tightly...but I can't get the keg full. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you try the tap on another keg?

It sounds like co2 is getting into the keg if you are able to bleed the keg of co2 so it doesn't sound like a gas line, connect, or seal problem.

Edit - did you dry hop this beer possibly and get hop substance in the keg? Or maybe a lot of yeast cake in the keg?

I may not be understanding.

Can you open the keg? That is a sure way to tell. If you can't, CO2 is getting in and your issue is on the serving end. In which case I agree with the previous poster.

If the top pops open, the issue is on the carbing end.

If it is on the beer side, hook the CO2 to the beer-out post and see if you can clear that line. If that's the case, you may have some repeat issues.

I was going nuts one night because my keggerator wasn't doing anything. I could see beer in the lines, and I could hear a hiss when I would purge. Opening the tap did nothing. I eventually found out that my beer lines were frozen near the top of the keggerator. It was hard to tell because the frozen beer lines looked normal, but when I started to drain the line...that's when it stood out to me.

if you take a sanitized screwdriver and press the poppet on the liquid side does beer shoot out? If not you've got a blockage somewhere. If you get beer, the problem is in your tap or beer line.

I had a similar problem with the first batch I kegged. I couldn't get beer out even though gas was going in. I thought it had frozen at first so I took it and warmed it up for three days. I still had no beer coming out so I removed the post to find out that the poppet was plugged with hops. I cleaned the poppet and reassembled to only get a flow to start then stop shortly after. I ended up cleaning the poppet and the dip tube three times before it flowed properly. I had dry hopped the batch I had problems with.

Yeah...turns out I'm an idiot...guess something like this probably happens to everyone at some point...freaking out and the obvious answer was right in front of my face. Thank you all for your help though!
