Ok so I'm going to be buying a chest freezer soon and I have a few questions. The freezer I'm buying is 7 cu ft will this be big enough for 3 kegs and a co2 bottle? It is also manual defrost will this make any kind of difference?

Goto the Bottling/Kegging Forum and look for the sticky by Thadius856 titled "Chest Freezer Specs and Layouts". He has several CAD drawings for keg layouts in various size freezers. That out to help answer your question.
