I know some of you should say I need to drink my beer faster but I just wanted to get your thoughts/practices of what you guys do when your keezer is full and you have beer ready to be kegged. Currently my keezer holds 4 cornies but I have 7 cornies available. With that in mind I have a party coming up so I was hoping if one of the 4 cornies emptied with a particular brew what would be the best/fastest way to have its replacement ready. I was thinking of putting the extra brew in the kegs and hitting it with 30 psi and leaving it outside the fridge to seal and when needed force carb and stick in the fridge and hope people won't mind that it's not as cold.

I like the idea of having at least 1 less tap than there is room for kegs. That way you always have one keg cold and carbed in case a keg blows mid party. Just switch the beer line over, run a beer trhough to clear, and serve new keg. I wouldn't do this if I only had room for 2 kegs, but I currently have 2 taps and can fit 4 kegs. It works out nice.

I currently have the same setup 2 taps and can fit 4 kegs, what I may do is order the other 2 taps and connections then put 2 Lite Ale's (for the water drinkers and probably will be the most consumed), 1 Berry Ale, and 1 Pale Ale on tap. My other question was party aside what do you guys do if lets say you brew a 10 gal batch but only have room to put 1 5 gal in the fridge, do you just pressurize it and set aside? Any side effects of doing this and would I better off just leaving it in the fermentor(will probably have to get another fermentor for this approach)?
