I built a new keezer, making no permanent modifications to the freezer. I made a 2x6 collar and added 1x8 trim pieces to dress it up and hold the collar in place. I added some metal straps in the back using the existing holes from the hinges. There is also weatherstripping around the top and bottom of the collar. It's working great. Oh! And the gorgeous drip tray was only $80!
