I brewed a 3 gallon KBS clone recently and am approaching the end of fermentation. The Zymurgy recipe ages on the soaked oak chips and cold brewed coffee in secondary for a month or two. My question is....if i aged in primary for that same timeframe, will that produce any problems? I ask because I'm still not entirely sure of where i fall in the "to transfer to secondary or not" debate. Cheers!!!

Personally when I oak a beer I do it in secondary after final gravity and the beer begins to clear
