Several...

3/4 cup of Medaglia D'Oro instant espresso
Heat 3 1/2 cups of water, not boiling, just steaming. Dump the espresso in and mix well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Then add 2 1/2 cups of white sugar, and 1/2 cup dark brown sugar. Mix until dissolved.
Zest 1 orange and add to the hot coffee.
Let it sit until it reaches room temp, then pour into 1/2 gallon mason jar.
Add 750ml of 80-100 proof vodka and 1 cup of Cruzan Black Strap Rum.
Let it sit for 4 weeks, filter it, bottle it, and let it sit for at least 3 months.

The other is similar, but I use whole beans.
Finely grind fresh dark roast (Sumatra or Arabica) or espresso roast beans.
Put 2 cups into 3 1/2 cups steaming water. Let sit for 20 minutes, then filter.
Add your sugars (you can play around using brown sugar or all white, I've added a couple tablespoons of molasses but be careful, molasses is strong), zest if you want it, or 2 tsp bakers chocolate, or don't put anything in it.
Add 750ml of 80-100 proof inexpensive, not the cheap stuff, inexpensive, $11-$13 a bottle stuff.

Im going to have to give that a try. My amaretto comes out really nice, Kahlua might too!

I just tried an "Instant Kahlua" recipe last night and was very happy with the results:
1) brew a very strong pot of good coffee
2) Pour entire pot into pot on stove and bring to a boil
3) add 2 lbs brown sugar and stir until dissolved, remove from heat
4) split, scrape and add 1 vanilla bean - pod and all and allow to cool stirring occassionally.
5) once room temperature add a full bottle of Everclear
6) stir and pour into serving jars.

Drink up.
