I made my first batch of beer. It is a muttons wheat. Turned out AWESOME. I used 3 lbs of muttons dry malt and muttons canned malt in first boil. I didn't use the yeast that came with the kit I used a liquid yeast instead. I also used a muttons light dry malt for bottling. It has a slight spicy sweetness to it.

Congrats, always an awesome feeling of accomplishment popping that first bottle! Now you just need to make sure you don't run out EVER!

I've been out of homebrew for weeks between work & my wedding... I just brewed up two batches and have three waiting to brew. Can't way for winter!

My first beer was only good. I was expecting Really good to Great! But I had fun making it and kept going. They got better every time.
