We used to do Renaissance faires for years so we had a lot of mead during that time. Most were good and some were 
I was fascinated by the people who made them and all the flavors you could make.
I do have a question right out of the gate:
I live in a very hot climate during the summer so fermenting and storing the mead at 65-72?degrees will be impossible. We keep our house at 80 during the summer so we donāt have $500 Edison bill
Would a refrigerator set at that temperature be ok to substitute? Itās dark and it can be adjusted for higher temperatures
