We used to do Renaissance faires for years so we had a lot of mead during that time. Most were good and some were 😬

I was fascinated by the people who made them and all the flavors you could make.

I do have a question right out of the gate:

I live in a very hot climate during the summer so fermenting and storing the mead at 65-72?degrees will be impossible. We keep our house at 80 during the summer so we don’t have $500 Edison bill

Would a refrigerator set at that temperature be ok to substitute? It’s dark and it can be adjusted for higher temperatures

Thank you!
