Just ordered some new equipment!

Just placed an order with midwest supplies for their intermediate kit with better bottles. Hopefully have it by next wednesday and brew first batch on friday or saturday. I'm on my fourth Mr. Beer brew, and so far it has got me hooked on brewing but havent been too happy with the results. Just tried the first of my second batch a vienna lager and it has a nice color but not much body or bitterness at all. I'm hoping that using a more involved kit will yield better results. I let you know how it goes.

I just threw out my Mr Beer fermenter because it is just crap. My last batch was like blueberry flavored water. I just brewed my last kit and improvised a bit with my own extracts and hops then put it in my 3 Gal Mead fermenter. Mr Beer was a good, cheap learning experience but time to move on!
