So I just come into possession of a bunch of hops (for free!!), 14 varietals in all. A lot of them are ones I have never brewed with. They are all whole leaf and are about 3 oz each (45oz total). the next brews I have been planning were probably going to be a citrusy IPA/IIPA and an Amber maybe also a West Coast Pale Ale.
Was looking to see if anyone had any insights into how I could best make use of these hops.
