I have a 5 gallon tank just wondering how long that should last?

It depends upon whether you're force carbonating or letting it naturally carbonate in the keg. If you're force carbing (which most of us do), you should expect between 5-10 kegs per tank. If you're just pushing beer out of already carbonated beer, you should be able to get 15-20 or more out of a tank.

If you mean 5 lbs, you should get easily 4-5 kegs out if it, and it's possible to more than double that.
