Anyone combined em? I'm doing a Rye IPA, light on the rye—a little bit caramel-ey—with a projected 1.085 OG.
I want to hear all of your ideas on how to schedule them! I'm new to both of them so lend some input!! I actually chose them from the package descripts on a whim. I had planned something totally different but went for these two. Max IBUs from these might only be between 55-65 IBUs. If it's too weak, I'll add a strong hop tea to the secondary, maybe.
