Just bottled my first brew. Do you all santaize everything before you put it away or just clean everything with water then store all the tool, brew buckets and carboy? Cause I washed everything and santaize it all. I didn't use soap water to clean everything.

I clean but don't sanitize until the next brew day. Since the equipment will be sitting for a while, no point in sanitizing it after you use it, as the sanitizer will wear off as the equipment sits on a shelf.
Clean. Save the sanitize for just before you need the equipment again.
