Jockey Boxes

I've been toying with the idea of buying/making my own jockey box to hold a little party for my friends. There is probably already a thread for this on the forum so i apologise if i'm duplicating. Is there anywhere in the UK i can purchase a jockey box or can anyone help in how to make the box? i.e. equipment needed etc.

Any help much appreciated.

The best prices in the US seem to be on eBay. Unless you have shanks/taps or can find a cold plate very inexpensively, buying a built jockey box may be the better choice.
