I was searching the forum, I think I found my answer, but I want to make sure before I put my first 5 gallon batch on the line.

I have a kegerator fridge conversion kit. When I sold my previous home, I left them the fridge (but not the kit...so they had a fridge with a hole). This was for a pin lock keg.

I am picking up a corny and the necessary fittings to be able to keg my homebrew.

I how ever do not have a spare fridge yet (I will in a few months):

Can I keep my homebrew room temp run through a jockey box? Will it keep for a good while? I think it will, because the C02 will keep pressure, and my beer is room temp now.

Thank you!

Should be fine. When we camp my two kegs are outside, not in ice. The only cooling is from the jockey box cold plate. Never had an issue.
