Are there any job sites that aren't going to sell my name and phone # to scammers and/or "schools" to further my education?

monster.com is great if you are in tech.

And want to answer a bazillion ads about schools, mortgages, etc every time you want to look at a listing.

CareerBuilder is OK, but too many junk-jobs and recruiters who have no jobs for placing.

I found my dream job on www.technologyladder.com

It's a pay for site, but they do have great jobs and good leads on them. They never sold my name either.

It's for high-end engineers, managers and directors though. Don't know if that's what you are looking for or not.

When I'm looking to hire I post on craigslist. I get some spam, but also fairly good results for a free site. I don't usually search the resumes, but I know a few people that hire from there almost exclusively. Chances are you'll get spam no matter where you post but craigslist is fairly diverse and they're pretty good about getting rid of spammers quickly.
Good luck on the job hunt:mug:

I have soured to Monster lately. The hundreds of ads and spamies that I get because i have used their services in the past was upsetting. For me, nothing good came out of Monster (I got THIS job from them and am jumping ship next week).
