We'll release Detritivore again this year. We're making more Synthesis Analogous this year for release sometime in the future.

We'll keep the limit at two from Friday at 4pm until it sells out.
Like the idea you guys are aware of the lines and trying to adjust to find the best system for these releases
Some other breweries out there could take a cue and adapt their systems to work better as well
Looking forward to seeing how this release goes
I'll be there Friday

Question asked and answered. Thanks, Jeff!
What, did you think they're *insert brewery that increases limits (from something already higher than JK normally does) and shitlord traders then dick swing the beer sold out in a day/weekend*?

Looking forward to the results of this experiment jeffstuffingsjk

Yeah, I mean the issue is that these shitlords/neckbeards from other states with last second releases and lines starting at 5am keep moving here. Then they bring their rare beer culture with them.

Wait...****. Sorry guys. ;) At least I didn't bring whatever culture led a certain someone to hire homeless people to mule for him at Cycle!

We've had people hire people off craigslist before for releases. Have also seen ads with promises of free pizza and beer for their services. If Jester King was located downtown, I believe you'd see homeless mules. The culture is here too, it's just too far out of town for that to be happening. Don't give us too much credit lol.

Yep, even shows how they started using those stamps that aren't easily washed off! It also seems like a whole lot more people got into beer in 2015, but I have no way of quantifying that. The word is definitely out.

I recommend tattoos for all releases going forward. Little cherry tear drops for each day. Thoughts jeffstuffingsjk ?

"Spontaneous Blend 1" pouring at Allagash Street Fair this weekend. Any notes on this from anyone? Has it been released yet?

Not released yet. Bottled early 2016 but at that time we were told it would take maybe 9 months for conditioning. I was told it already tastes great and is technically ready for release, but that it will only improve with a few more months in the bottle, so I would expect bottles to come out late summer/early fall.

I'm pouring some as a preview tomorrow at Allagash, partially out of respect to them for being an American spontaneous fermentation pioneer. By the way, "Spontaneous Blend 1" is a working title. We'll release it (whatever we end up calling it) this fall.

I saw a few people playing while we were waiting in line. That game would probably end up with me addicted, so I'm avoiding at all costs.

Easy and smooth release today. Got there at 12:00, out of line by 12:20. A few glasses (and an exhausted dog) later were on our way back. By 1:30 or so there wasn't really a line. Just a few stragglers and plenty of beer still.

Thanks to all the JK folks for another great release. Oh, and the beer is delicious.

The majority of people I talked to really liked the new release schedule idea (myself included). Made it so the locals could get taken care of, people with tougher work schedules could get the beer, and even out of towners had multiple options.

I'm sure someone found a reason to be pissy and entitled, though. jeffstuffingsjk are you guys thinking of keeping this going?
