WHY CANT I BEAT ALL THESE DEAD HORSES?

Did a post get deleted on page 99?

Fair devil's advocate question.
I was confused til you clarified that you meant mules with no interest in supporting the brewery. In that case, there may still be some benefit if the mule master buys the mules pizza, or tries to get them to try a beer or wine, etc on site. But if they are just physical bodies who might as well be sleeping during their visit, the difference nearly vanishes. Until you consider 1 per person. If that person doesn't want to be there and pouts in the car the whole time, that person is still a unique visitor in line that day for beer. So it comes down to respecting the system set up by JK.
Same end result, different in terms of following JK's rules.

Yah come on BusinessSloth, specify ;)

Nah horse definitely beaten to ****. But if needs to be resuscitated...

I'll be there! I'll bring some bottles to share. ElkSherpa can you confirm we'll be okay to bring bottles Friday? I don't want to bring if y'all don't want us to.

EDIT:

We're no longer allowing outside alcohol. I sincerely apologize for the misinformation in my previous reply.

We're ok with folks sharing some bottles on normal weekends. As always, please keep it discreet and be sure to clean up any empties. Most importantly, if any bottles of Fantôme are opened please share some with me:D. I'm usually around on Friday afternoons until 5 or 6pm. You guys should find me and we'll have a beer.

I'm not trying to be an ass about this, but you guys should get together and clarify your rules about this. I know someone who asked Ron about this just last week and was told that no, JK wasnt allowing outside bottles any more, and that this could only happen at Zwanze day. Jeff has said something similar on that other beer site.

Just saying, for the sake of clarity, maybe an official policy would be good (you guys DID put up a sign that says "No outside bottles" on it)

sometimes breweries can forgive but not permit, nomsayin? "be discrete" as in "let's not make a big deal about this and it will only be a problem if it's a problem"

Thanks for catching that, Ken. As stated in an edit above, we're no longer permitting outside alcohol and/or bottle shares. I apologize for the misinformation and perhaps leading you guys on! I'd prefer to talk with Jeff and Ron more about this before elaborating further. Thanks for your patience.

Thanks Garrett!

Little known facts, bottle limits on a 1786 batch of biere de garde took down the feudal system and sparked the French revolution. No longer would the proletariat let the bourgeoisie swoop in with their servant mules and opulent powdered wig disguises to horde all the biere de mars'ss'es. Some things never change...
