Damn, need som BdS. Was pretty confident that it will at least last two weekends but seeing lots of ISO posts and people talking about it. Yall think it will sell out this weekend?

What's the bottle counts remaining on the Spons listed on the menu? Will be down there weekend of December 8th, and right now the bottle list is extensive across the board.

people don't have money to buy anything right now, their list is gonna be stacked for a while.

anyone enter the nocturn mag lottery?

Don't these people know if they razzle the bottles they can triple their investment? And then they can buy more bottles and razzle them for even more max profits?
The only jk bottle you're tripling your investment on in 2017-18 is atrial or a mag.

they've reached the magic zone where I'm sure a lot of brewers would like to be, and that's awesome

As long as they keep selling out of beer, for sure. That is a key “as long as.”

Jester king makes outstanding beer. They are probably my favorite spontaneous brewery in the states, by a small margin. (Also of course adore DeGarde, Allagash, etc.) But that pricing has me buying 3 fonteinen/Cantillon bottles shipped to my door, or Boon lambic off the shelf. All this instead of supporting my local brewery because it’s just so damn expensive to do so. Then, this is only to supliment my usual beer diet of endless hans pils.

Again, I love this brewery and its people. Imma just go broke if I keep buying their beer.

Agreed. I haven't traveled to Austin for a release of theirs in some time, simply because I know it'll be an expensive venture. That said, I haven't been buying any "limited" release lately really.. biggest recent beer purchase was a case of fresh Shepherd Boy 'cause that beer is awesome.

P.S. I still have your PHC and Willett bottles.. haven't made it to Austin recently as I said but didn't want you to think I drank them!

Boon lambic off the shelf
I'm pretty ecstatic about how it's been plentiful lately - Mariage Parfait is my favorite gueuze.

Also my regular purchases are mostly St. Elmo's pilsners. Plus the occasional crowlers from Pinthouse or Hops and Grain.

All in all, I am happy for Jester King that there's consistently a 500ml fruit sour and/or spontaneously fermented beer available these days.

You've really taken to Texas.

Per their note, using it as malt vinegar.
They should really consider sweetening then carbonating to make the world's best shrub (drinking vinegar).

Here's a recipe for ya:

Raspberry Shrub Cocktail
