I thought Censored and Gotslandricka (and definitely Viking Metal) was tasty. I love smoked beers when executed right. Don't know many smoked beer fans tho.

Seems like the PH of Jester King's beer is fluctuating with the temperature. That's pretty cool as far as giving each brew a sense of time and place.

Nice tart, refreshing brews in the warm/hot months, somewhat cleaner in the cool/cold months.

Had b4 Biere de Miel. Not quite sure if something was off. Had b1 a moth or two ago and it was really honey thick and just coated the mouth with honey. Reminded me of a bit thicker anna. B4 was just really thin and airy last night and honey was not really noticeable. There was a slight off smell that I couldn't place exactly but it didnt seem to come through the taste too much.
