I was given an oz of this some time back. I want to use it as a single hop addition throughout. Sounds a bit peculiar but was thinking of making a simple pale ale to see what this is about. Reading a bit about it it seems it’s only used for bittering in hop forwars beers and the flavor/aroma sound a bit peculiar for a beer like this. What say you?

I've only used it for bittering because everything I read about it said it was odd for flavor and aroma.

One whole oz? Whoa, don't overdo it!

But seriously, maybe use in a gallon batch, bitter with some Magnum, then put 1/2 oz in whirlpool, the other 1/2 oz as dry hop.

With AAs in the 16’s it hardly nothing. Seriously? Figured using just 0.2 oz for bittering and 0.4 oz for both a flavor and aroma addition in a 5.7% 3.5 gal batch of pale ale gives me 48 IBUs using Rager. Should certainly give a representation for itself with just one ounce. And I wouldn’t want to buy more seeing what people say about it anyway.
