Yes. I got the recipe at Denard brewing. The word hybrid got me thinking too much lol
I like the (it was good) comment. I am working my way up to the berry death you recommended. Me thinks it might be a while.Still No harm in degassing it though lol. I did one batch of original recipe, set it and forget it. Emphasizing the forgetting it. Checked on it months later, airlock was dry, sealed it (without racking). Forgot about it again. started thinking about making cider 6 years later and remembered I had something in the basement somewhere. Racked, bottled, and drank. It was good lol.
I only just now remembered that I didn’t add any of the spice additions to my orange mead. otherwise leaving it for that ling prob would not have turned out as tasty, but I wouldn’t know lol.I like the (it was good) comment. Being so new to mead I have to try all recipes as written so I know what I like or dislike. Man it smells so darn good lolI only just now remembered that I didn’t add any of the spice additions to my orange mead. otherwise leaving it for that ling prob would not have turned out as tasty, but I wouldn’t know lol.
I will do exactly that. Thanks broThe fruit may not sink, depends on how much gas is trapped on/in them. Just let it clear, then rack out the mead.
