I made a sort of Kitchen Sink IPA because of ingredients on hand...

20 LBS 2 ROW PALE
1.5 LBS CRYSTAL 60L
8.0 OZ CORN SUGAR
8.0 OZ MALTO DEXTRINE

2 OZ MAGNUM 60
1 OZ PERLE 45
1 OZ PERLE 20
4 OZ CASCADE 0
1 OZ CITRA 0

Split into two fermentors, one with US05 and one with US04.

Will let you know how it turns out...

Looks interesting, good luck with it and let us know how it turns out. I love brewing with ingredients I have on hand - I'm brewing up a Witbier and have decided to use up some Mt. Ranier hop pellets that I have, they have an appropriately spicey quality that I think will work.

I moved this thread from the recipe database to the recipes/ingredient forum, because the recipe database is for tried and true recipes that you've honed and perfected and are now sharing with the community. If it turns out great and you tweek it and rebrew it and its even better, then add it on back into the recipe database. Also, more people will see it here.

Oh, are you going to dry hop this?
