I recently saw a picture or vid(cant remember) of someone using a whirlpool immersion chilller with a basket in the middle at the bottom of the coil.
The idea was that when wort was pumped out at the bottom through the spout of the kettle and pushed in the top in the middle of the coil, the trub would just fall into the mesh basket in the middle.
Has anyone seen this pic or vid?
What are your thoughts on the idea? (I would try it but dont have a pump yet)
