Most of these are supposed to be rinsed after usage on food contact surfaces, despite the prevalence of NOT doing so in the restaurant industry.
 
It's quaternary ammonia, it will sanitize quite well. If it truly is no-rinse and you can't find any off flavours, go nuts with it. Is it cheaper than starsan? I know Johnson-Diversey charge an arm and a leg for stuff.

This article says it ruins head retention if used on glassware, no idea of the effect it has being used for fermenter sanitation.
