I love fuggle for a lot of my English beers. I do love me some Citra. got 10gal of Zombie Dust on tap (all Citra IPA, not a pale). Tastes wonderful.

Ok, I confess........I really love Cascades and Brewer's Gold hops, with Saaz being a close runner up. And I'm trying to convince myself to just go ahead and buy a Blichmann Easy Brew and a kegging system after I'm done moving into a bigger house this summer. *breaks down* Oh man...I'm...I'm...addicted to homebrewing....I've tried to stop I don't know how many times.....AHHH, who am I kidding?!...It's not an addiction, it's a damned fun hobby.

Oh, I have a garage, just not a lot of room in it. I bet if times get tough I can get 20 sq ft to brew in. Propane burners make me skiddish.

Gotcha. I can only brew in my garage now (all electric). I miss brewing outside, especially on hot, summer days.

Yeah, I keep the door open (except in the winter) but its not the same.

If you've been to N TX in summer, you'll know that even outdoors isn't ideal. I was soaked after milling, exhausted by FO. Started thinking about building a swamp cooler for myself.

Those Nelsons are terrible! Quit buying them up and leave some for brewers that don't know any better, you don't actually need them.

I brewed my first ag beer a few weeks back. It's been bottled for a little over a week.
I couldn't resist so I chilled one to taste. It was pretty good mind you and a little under carbed. It was so tasty I grabbed a non chilled one and cracked it right after. Mind you it's winter here in Australia. Forgive me father for I have sinned. I drank hot beer under carbonated.
